There will be lane closures and potential delays for motorists on the Saw Mill River Parkway for the next two months in Westchester. The New York State Department of Transportation announced that the right lane closures will be on the northbound parkway between exit 17 (Ashford Avenue) and exit 21 (Route 119). All I-95 Lanes Reopen After Man On Bridge Safely Removed
Interstate 95 has reopened in both directions in Westchester after a man on a bridge overpass was pulled to safety. The incident began around noon on Friday, March 15, when the man was spotted on the overpass at North Avenue in New Rochelle, said New Rochelle Police. State police closed the highway in both directions for at least two hours before the man was pulled to safety by first responders and a round of applause from onlookers. I-95 Stretch Reopens After Tractor-Trailer Crash
This story has been updated. A stretch of I-95 has reopened following a multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer. The closure occurred on the southbound side in Mamaroneck between Mamaroneck Avenue (Exit 18B) and Fenimore Road (Exit 18A) early in the afternoon on Monday, March 11. All lanes reopened just after 2 p.m., state police said.

Two Major Greenwich Roadways Closed
Police are warning motorists to avoid two main roadways in Greenwich that are closed in sections due to downed trees and wires. As of 4:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, North Street is closed by Hurlingham Drive due to a fallen tree and wires, according to dispatch reports. In addition, high winds have brought down another tree and wires, closing King Street between Anderson Hill Road and Stonehedge Drive. Police did not know how long repairs will take. Daytime I-684 Lane Closures Scheduled For Weekend
Motorists traveling on I-684 over the weekend may see delays as crews continue construction work in North Castle and Harrison. The New York State Department of Transportation announced that between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, there will be double lane closures on the interstate between exit 1 (I-287) and exit 3 (Route 22), weather permitting. The NYSDOT said that during the maintenance work, there will be delays, and motorists should plan accordingly. There is expected to be traffic control devices, signs and flaggers in the area to assist with the flow of traffic.

Serious Injuries Report In Wrong-Way, Head-On Crash On I-91
This story has been updated. A stretch of I-91 has reopened after a head-on crash involving a vehicle going the wrong way causing its closure for hours, state police said. The closure was on the northbound side in Wethersfield between exits 25 and 27 following the two-vehicle crash with what state police described as serious injuries. Due to delays in the demolition of St. John’s Tower and a partial collapse on Wednesday, police in Stamford announced a road closure in the area surrounding the construction site. The Stamford Police Department announced that due to the ongoing demolition of the tower, Washington Boulevard is closed north and south between Main Street and Tresser Boulevard. There will be a detour on Washington Boulevard at Broad Street for southbound traffic until further notice.
