A 71-year-old dump truck driver was charged with reckless driving after he accidentally engaged the dump bed on his vehicle, causing it to detach and land on a Frederick County Sheriff's SUV on I-81, authorities said. Landlord Charged With Abduction After Tenant Dispute In Northern VA: Police
A 43-year-old man was charged with abduction after a dispute with a much younger, female tenant in Woodbridge, police said. Elith Samuel Parada was arguing with the 23-year-old tenant at a home on the 2700 block of Burrough Hill Lane in Woodbridge around 10:30 p.m. april 21, when he physically prevented her from leaving the home, county police said.
