"We can't take the balloons up because the wind is pushing it (the flames) sideways," balloon captain Paul Sena said. "It would burn the balloon." Malloy officially signed "Emily's Law" in a signing ceremony in Stamford on Friday. On Aug. 25, a Bouton Street resident turned over to police a package that had been inadvertently delivered to a wrong address. Two Workers Injured After Wall Collapses At Home Construction In Greenwich GREENWICH, Conn. -- One worker was seriously injured and may have life-threatening injuries after a wall collapsed on him and a co-worker at a North Street home late Tuesday afternoon, Greenwich Police said. The accident occurred about 4:50 p.m. at 629 North St., when 12 workers were trying to lift a 25 foot by 15 foot wall made of 4-by-8-foot LCL lumber with three-quarter inch plywood sheathing.
