With Daughter In Tow, 'The Beast' Feels At Home On Stamford Stage STAMFORD, Conn. -- Perhaps more than any other actor, Norwalk’s Kevin Thompson feels at home on the Kweskin Theatre stage in Stamford. It is his second home, and beginning Friday, he’ll even be joined by his young daughter in Curtain Call’s production of Beauty and The Beast. Thompson, a Stamford native, will play the male leading role for the production, which runs through April 29. Nyirumbe is director of St. Monica’s Girls Tailoring Centre, in Gulu. She is one of Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in the World,” and the subject of the book "Sewing Hope."
