BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- This week will be dry and cooler throughout Fairfield County as temperatures lower from the heat wave of last week in the 90s to the 70s and 80s, according to the National Weather Service.
Monday and Tuesday will be sunny and 78 degrees, with temperatures going all the way down to 55 degrees Monday night and 58 degrees Tuesday night but staying clear.
Wednesday will heat up a bit to 83 degrees and 64 at night with things staying dry and clear. Thursday will see some clouds roll in but stay clear and sunny with 84 degrees by day and 68 by night, according to the National Weather Service.
