Wappinger Gets Bond Rating Upgrade WAPPINGER, N.Y. --  The Town of Wappinger’s bond rating has been upgraded by Standard & Poor’s to AA+, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.The financial services firm had previously given Wappinger an AA rating. The upgrade reflected the town’s sustained operating surpluses, which have supported an increase in available reserves that are reinforced by recently adopted reserve and debt policies, the Poughkeepsie Journal reported. Daniel E. DiLullo, 53, of Fishkill FISHKILL, N.Y. --  Daniel E. DiLullo, a resident of Fishkill, died on Saturday, March 11. He was 53. DiLullo was born in Poughkeepsie on Dec. 4, 1963 and attended local schools. He later enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served his country.
