Stamford Police Investigate Shooting Incident Caught On Tape

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Stamford police are investigating a surveillance tape that appears to show a man firing gunshots at around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on Corbo Terrace, according to the Stamford Advocate.

The shots were fired shortly after a woman's screams could be heard, the Stamford Advocate said. Police have checked with local hospitals as well as searched the area, but neither the woman or gunman were found, according to the Stamford Advocate. 

Police told the Stamford Advocate that the tape showed the man run eastbound on Burr Street after the incident.

Police have yet to find bullet holes in the area, the Stamford Advocate says.
