STAMFORD, Conn. -- Stamford police say they are investigating a shooting that occurred yesterday in a neighborhood that residents say is usually quiet, according to Connecticutnews12.com.
Police said they received calls about the shooting at 249 Fairfield Ave. just before 9 p.m. They reported that four stray bullets entered the home where a mother and her two young children were home. No one was injured, Connecticutnews12.com added.
Nine shell casing from two different guns were recovered from the scene, reported Connecticutnews12.com.
