No Injuries Reported During Hatch Field Park Shooting In Stamford

STAMFORD, Conn. -- A shooting by a lone gunmen into a group of men at Hatch Field Park in Stamford on Friday has not turned up any victims, according to the Stamford Advocate.

The man fired seven or eight shots at the group, which was caught on video surveillance, but to date, no one has reported being injured, although there was reports of a bystander being shot, police told the Stamford Advocate.

The video does not provide a clear view of the man's face, and no shell casing were found, meaning the shooter most likely used a revolver, according to the Stamford Advocate. The shooting was the ninth on the West Side in the past two months, added the Stamford Advocate.
