Devon A. Pearson of Bridgeport was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 20, by Connecticut Judicial Marshals who then turned him over to officers with the Greenwich Police Department, said Greenwich Police Lt. John Slusarz.

Pearson was arrested in connection with an Aug. 16 event in which police responded to the Greenwich train station on a report that someone was attempting to break into an ATM machine, he said.

When officers arrived, Pearson had fled the scene, but evidence collected at the scene identified Pearson as the suspect, Slusarz said.

Pearson was charged with burglary, attempted larceny and criminal mischief. He is being held on $150,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 5.
