The attack occurred last Thursday at about 6:45 a.m. as the teen was walking to a bus stop at Ursula Place and Orange Street, police said. The man, who was described as Hispanic, came up to the teen, exposed himself and touched her, police said. But he fled in the direction of East Main Street when she pulled out her phone to call 911, police said.

The man is believed to be in his 30s, about 5-foot-6, with a medium build. He had a scruffy beard and was wearing a dark black or navy-colored hat, a green sweater and blue jeans.

Police said the suspect has been seen in the area before.
