A 63-year-old man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself at the Stamford train station as passengers disembarked.
Joseph Spinelli of Stamford was arrested Sunday and charged with breach of peace after a passenger called to report that he was exposing himself on the sidewalk in front of the station, said Stamford Police Sgt. Rhett Connelly.
According to Connelly, after the passenger saw the man he walked away as he waited for his wife to pick him from the station. A few minutes later, he walked back near the platform and Spinelli was still standing there exposing himself.
Police were able to locate Spinelli who had zipped up his pants at that point, Connelly said.
The passenger was able to identify Spinelli and police arrested him.
Spinelli is being held for a court appearance.
