Fight At Train Station Taxi Stand Leads To Arrest Of Two Stamford Men

STAMFORD, Conn. -- A Stamford man is facing charges — including possession of just under 17 grams of marijuana — after officers responded to a fight at a taxi stand near the train station, police said.

Charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of marijuana is Jamel Williams Kemp, 33, of 850 E. Main St. 

Police also charged Fitzgerald Delerme, 33, of 153 Connecticut Ave., with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. 

Police were called after reports of two men fighting near the taxi stand at 30 Station Place at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday No injuries were reported.
