STAMFORD, Conn. — Three Stamford teenagers have been charged in a sexual assault involving a 12-year-old girl, police said.
A family advocate from Trailblazer Academy saw a cellphone video of a 12-year-girl performing oral sex on a 17-year-old, Lt. Diedrich Hohn said. The phone was turned over to police in February after the woman saw the video, he said.
The girl said no and was forced into the act, Hohn said. The 17-year-old suspect in the video was charged with first-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct, Hohn said.
The 13-year-old suspected of filming the act and a 16-year-old also involved in the incident were each charged with possession of child pornography, risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace, the lieutenant said.
