NBC's Hansen of Stamford Caught Cheating?

STAMFORD, Conn. — NBC reporter Chris Hansen is best known for using hidden cameras to catch people in uncomfortable situations. However, roles were reversed for the Stamford resident, who has reportedly been caught cheating on his wife Mary Jo, a People Magazine article says.

Hansen, 52, has been carrying out an affair with Kristyn Cadell, 30, an anchor with an NBC affiliate in West Palm Beach, Fla., the article says. The four-month affair was first reported by the National Enquirer, but People later confirmed through an unnamed source. Hansen is the star of the long-running NBC and MSNBC show "To Catch a Predator."

The Enquirer’s website has a video of a man and woman getting out of a car and entering a restaurant, which it says is Cadell and Hansen, a Detroit native.

Chris, Mary Jo and their two sons have lived in Stamford since 1993, when he was hired by NBC, according to a Stamford Magazine article.
