C'est Bon: French Film Festival Comes To Greenwich, Stamford

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Like French films? 

A trailer of the Focus on French film festival coming to Connecticut and New York City March 27 to April 2. One of the films, "Un plus un" will be shown Monday, March 27 at the Avon Theatre Film Center.

Focus On French Cinema, an annual independent Francophone film festival for new, cutting-edge cinema from France and across the French-speaking world, is hosting a variety of feature-length and short movies in Greenwich and Stamford from March 27 to April 2.

In Stamford, the Avon will screen "Un plus un" starring Academy Award winner Jean Dujardin. It is directed by Claude Lelouch

A film reception is at 6:30 p.m. with the screening at 7:30 p.m. at the Avon, 272 Bedford St., Stamford.

Oscar winner "My Life as a Zucchini" will take place in Greenwich at Bow Tie Cinemas on April 1 and 2. A host of other movies including "Kiss Me Like a Lover" and "Max and Léon" are also on the program. Go HERE for details.
