Chilly Temperatures Bring Frost Advisory To Stamford

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Cold overnight temperatures have prompted the National Weather Service to issue a frost advisory into early Thursday morning throughout Fairfield County.

Sunny skies will prevail on Wednesday with highs around 60 degrees. Temperatures will dip to the mid 30s overnight creating the opportunity for patchy frost to form. 

Sensitive plants could be damaged or killed if not covered or brought inside. 

Clouds will increase on Thursday with a high of 57. A chance of showers will linger overnight and into Friday. 

A 20 percent chance of rain will continue into Friday afternoon with highs in the mid-50s. 

Expect temperatures in the low 60s throughout the weekend.
