Thank goodness someone stepped up and reported this abuse. People tend to be hesitant to do so because they think it will upset others or think that maybe things aren't as bad as they think they are. In a case like this where the animals clearly were in distress it must be reported. So sad three had to be euthanized. Don't the owners know if they can't take care of their animals they can give them up, they don't have to starve and abuse and neglect them. Disgusting! View Comment
