Two lanes that had been blocked on a stretch of northbound I-95 on the border of Port Chester and Greenwich Thursday morning have reopened.

The 8:45 a.m. crash was at Delavan Avenue (Exit 2) in Greenwich with stop-and-go traffic back to I-287 (Exit 21) in Westchester.

The lanes reopened shortly after 10 a.m.
