Giant Champion Breed Cat Found Wandering Paterson PATERSON, N.J. -- Animal control officers were called to Mill Street in Paterson Thursday on reports of a bobcat or tiger sighting, according to multiple news outlets. It was nothing quite as wild but almost as unusual for the streets of Paterson: a Savannah cat was in a backyard on Mill Street, CBS reports. Wildlife Freedom Inc. in Wanaque tranquilized the cat and is holding on to it until the owner can be found, the station said.
