Accident On I-95 North In Fairfield Slows Wednesday Commute Update: The accident has been cleared, but the backups remain on I-95.  FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- An accident on Interstate 95 northbound in Fairfield is blocking one lane of the highway Wednesday at the height of the afternoon rush hour. The accident occurred at about 4:30 p.m. between Exits 22 and 23. The collision involved a tractor-trailer and a car. The accident jammed the roadway all the way back to Stamford.  On the Merritt Parkway, a disabled truck at Exit 44 slowed southbound traffic. That incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. as well.

He graduated from University of Bridgeport in 1956 and received his M.B.A. from Pace University in 1966. In September 1957, he married Sally Hubbell Siebert. Baines scored 18 points and Jim Djema scored 22 for the Dragons, who improved to 9-8 overall and 5-6 in the Fairchester Athletic Association.
