Miller Pace National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition (NELMCC) is being held at Pace Law School through Saturday, Feb. 21. The competition was renamed last year in honor of Emeritus Professor Jeffrey G. Miller and his contributions to Pace Law School and the competition.  The NELMCC regularly attracts over 200 competitors from diverse law schools and over 175 attorneys who serve as judges for the three days of oral arguments,  making it the largest interschool moot court competition under one roof. WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An overturned vehicle blocked one lane on the southbound side of the Taconic State Parkway on Friday morning. The accident, reported at 7:50 a.m., occurred between Route 9A and the the Sprain Brook Parkway in Hawthorne. An accident was also reported on northbound Route 100 in Amawalk between Old Route 100 and Route 35. That accident occurred around 8:20 a.m.

Bridgeport Detectives Seek Help in Identifying Suspect In 2011 Homicide BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Bridgeport police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a possible suspect in an Oct. 16, 2011, fatal shooting on Boston Avenue. In her new role, Yon, a registered nurse, is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the clinic, which provides free primary care services to 600 low-income uninsured patients from the greater Bridgeport area.
