Stamford Mighty Might Basketball Has Openings For Young Players

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Stamford’s Mighty Might basketball program for children age 5 to 18 has open registration in its Midget, Minor, and Senior divisions.

The program is supervised and coached by members of the Stamford Police Department, NEON staff, and local volunteers at the Lathon Wider Community Center gym, located at 34 Woodland Ave. in Stamford.

NEON Stamford is one of three locations where games are played each week on the following schedule:

  • Midget Division - 5 and 6 year olds - Games are played Saturday mornings
  • Minor Division - 7, 8, and 9 year olds - Games are played Saturday mornings
  • Senior Division - 10, 11, 12, and 13 year olds - Games are played Friday nights

Registration for the high school division is closed.
