Stay Fit This Fall, Stamford, With Running

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. – Summer is drawing to a close, but that doesn't mean there isn't plenty of time to stay fit outdoors in Fairfield County.

With the forecast calling for warm temperatures and sunny skies later this week, you don't have to stop your summer exercise routine just because the leaves are changing.

Three fitness trainers — Chris Thomas of Personal Training Professionals in Southport, Matthew Snow of Trek Bicycle in Fairfield and Megan Kelly of Target Training in Greenwich and Westport — give tips on running, cycling and competing in triathlons.

Today, Chris gives some pointers to streamline your workout the next time you go for a run. Check back Thursday for another fitness tip.
