STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Strawberry Hill Players of Stamford High School will present a free performance of Tom Stoppard's play "The Real Inspector Hound" on Saturday in the school's auditorium.

Be among the first to see the students in a play that they will be performing for the 80th annual Connecticut Drama Association competition in Southbury on Friday, March 18.

This will be Stamford High School's 15th trip to the CDA Festival. The school has taken top honors at the festival on numerous occasions.

The Strawberry Hill Players cast for "The Real Inspector Hound": Birdboot -- Ali Nassef (junior at the Academy of Information Technology and Engineering); Moon -- Maggie Carucci (senior at SHS); Simon Gascoyne -- Chase Roden (junior at SHS); Mrs. Drudge -- Cara Grasso (freshman at SHS); Felicity Cunningham -- Lily Fine (sophomore at SHS); Cynthia Muldoon -- Erin Maher (senior at SHS); Magnus Muldoon -- John Bolognino (freshman at SHS); Inspector Hound -- Andie Hunt (junior at SHS).

The production will be directed by Matthew Blank with Claudia Noel Nerreau and alumni Rachel Steinmetz handling set design, and Noel Nerreau and student Ashleigh Lyons on costume design.

The play begins at 8 p.m.
