Stamford Students Make Dean's List At Hofstra

STAMFORD, Conn. - Hofstra University named the following Stamford students to the Spring 2014 Dean's List for their outstanding academic achievements in Hempstead, N.Y.:

• Alexis Angotta, a senior majoring in criminology.

• Emily Boyer, a senior majoring in music.

• Zachary Maller, a junior majoring in film studies and production.

Students must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 during the semester to make the Dean's List.

Hofstra University is a nationally ranked private university 25 miles from New York City and all its cultural, recreational and professional opportunities. Students can chose from undergraduate and graduate offerings in liberal arts and sciences, business, engineering and applied science, communication, education, health sciences and human services, honors studies, the Maurice A. Deane School of Law and the Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine.
