Ivy is in seventh grade at Scofield Magnet Middle School and Siddarth is in ninth grade at Westhill High School.
Artwork by the two students was chosen from a pool of more than 100 submissions for the annual contest.
Martin is using the artwork of Ivy, whose teacher is Jennifer Robertson, on his holiday cards. Hamilton is using the work of Siddarth, whose teacher is Elizabeth Moncure.
Both the mayor and superintendent also named two runners up, whose art work was also outstanding among the submissions, according to a press release.
Martin's runners up were Ashwini Patel, Grade 6, Dolan Middle School, Art teacher: Mathew DiGiovanna; and Olivia Martinez, Grade 11, Stamford High School, Art teacher: Margaret Zielinski.
Hamilton's runners up were Megan Baloutch, Grade 7, Scofield Magnet Middle School, Art teacher: Jennifer Robertson; and Stefany Espinoza, Grade 12, Stamford High School, Art teachers: Paul Cusano and Margaret Zielenski.
