During the celebration, the company will unveil a sign dedicating the newly landmarked site of the brokerage as the Historic Juner Real Estate Corner. The firm will host the event at its expanded and renovated brokerage at 3 Roxbury Road on Monday, Sept 29, from 4 to 7 p.m.

The address and site of the former Juner Properties, which William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty acquired in 2009, has two historic buildings on one parcel of land, both of which have been updated. One of the buildings is a 200-year-old schoolhouse, first renovated after June Rosenthal of Juner Properties acquired it in 1986. It has now been renovated again by William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty to serve as the brokerage’s showroom.

The second building originated as a historic parsonage built in 1870, relocated to the parcel and then renovated with respect to preserving its historical significance. With construction recently completed, that building will now serve as the workspace for the brokerage’s agents.

Rosenthal is expected to attend the grand opening and dedication along with Mayor David R. Martin, as well as local real estate agents and members of the community.

“I am very pleased to announce the grand opening of our beautifully remodeled North Stamford brokerage,” said Doreen Bronner, brokerage manager of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Stamford brokerages. “The renovated office space is magnificent and state-of-the-art, and will offer our agents significant support in reaching even greater heights of success.”
