Keynote speaker John Glascock, director of the Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics, University of Connecticut, presented his views on global trends in Connecticut and what they mean for residential real estate. A copy of his presentation can be viewed at http://www.stamfordrealtors.org.
Thaddea Sheridan, 2014 president, was awarded the 2014 Realtor of the Year and received thanks for her term and outstanding service as the board’s president.
Sheridan thanked outgoing directors Joyce Cebo, Diane Eliadas, Laura Feghali and Patty Watkins. John Harness, the board's attorney for 21 years, swore in the new 2015 board, including John Pellegrino as the 2015 president.
