▪ Terence and Diane Moriarty bought 52 Chesterfield Road from Barbara Ryan for $889,000 on Sept. 12.

▪ Rosemary Cronin bought 77 Havemeyer Lane, Unit 20, from Louis DiBerardino for $875,000 on Sept. 13.

▪ Howard Weinsten and Debrora Davies sold 44 Laurel Ledge Court to Sebastien Katch and Kellie Katch for $810,000 on Sept. 14.  

▪ Brandon Kang bought 77 Haveyer Lane 3307 East from Palmer Hill Partners LLC., for $808,115 on Sept. 12.

▪ Doc Hong Nguyen and Thivach Hoa Vo bought 121 Redfox Road from Janis Forgotson, trustee of the Joan Reader Irrevocable Trust, for $608,750 on Sept. 13.

▪ Francine Hammond sold 179 Janes Lane to Alyson Moadel for $505,000 on Sept. 11.

▪ Lucinda Siddiqui sold 22 Saxon Court to the Trustees of the Lucinda Siddiqui Revocable Trust for $490,000 on Sept. 14.

▪ Robert Lynch bought 33 Hanover St., from Robert Mahera for $470,000 on Sept. 14.

▪ Joseph Palmer and Joyce Palmer sold 2288 Bedford St, Unit 11-5, to Patricia Santucci for $452,000 on Sept. 13.
