Luxury Apartments Coming Into Their 'Element' in Downtown Stamford

STAMFORD, Conn. — Construction is moving along on a 175-unit luxury apartment building set to open this fall in downtown Stamford.

The building, Element One, will have 90 one-bedroom units and 85 two-bedroom units. It will also house 5,000 square feet of amenity space and a 4,000-square-foot shared roof-deck overlooking downtown.

It is located on Morgan Street near the Tully Health Center and across the street from the existing Fairfield Apartments. 

Element One is developed by a partnership of Spinnaker Real Estate Partners and Fuller Development.
