Craig Robert Luckey, who works at the Potomac Shores Golf Club on Dunnington Place, in Dumfries, of Woodbridge, has been charged with five counts of unlawful filming, the Prince William County Police Department said.

The investigation began on Wednesday, April 12 when an employee found the phone in one of the restroom stalls around 8:45 p.m., authorities said.

The employee notified a supervisor who contacted police. During the investigation, officers determined the phone belonged to the club’s Luckey, police said. Authorities believe the phone may have been recording on and off for the past several months.

Luckey was arrested on Thursday, April 13. Four days later, additional evidence was seized and a search warrant was executed at his home, racking up additional charges for the golf course manager.

Investigators are seeking to speak to anyone who has information regarding this investigation. The investigation continues with a court date of July 20 pending.

According to its website, the golf course was named among the top 10 best in the country by Golf Digest in 2015. Since, 2016, it's made Golfweek's list of best courses to play on in the US.
