A woman told police that on her way to the women's restroom at Fairlane Village Mall on Aug. 11, she came across a man who exposed his genitalia and fled.
Another woman was visiting a cemetery in Norwegian Township on Aug. 15 when she saw a man in a car, who then opened his door and was naked, state police said. He closed the door and drove off into a wooded area.
A third shopper visiting the mall on Aug. 24 said she saw a man exposing his genitalia in the women's bathroom, state police said. He also fled in an unknown direction.
