The celebration, which will be held at the town park in South Salem, will start at 6:30 p.m. and include a tree lighting at 7 p.m.
Special guests will include Santa Claus, Frosty the Snowman and a Minion.
The town is also encouraging people to bring non-perishable foods that can be donated to a food pantry.
