To help get the course back in playing condition, the Longshore Men’s Golf Association is hosting a course clean-up beginning at 9:15 a.m. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a pair of gloves and a rake, if possible.
“The clean-up day gives the greens crew a great head start on getting the course in tip top condition,” McCarthy said in a statement. “The course will open for play on Saturday at the conclusion of the clean-up activities.”
