STAMFORD, Conn. Higgins Group Real Estate is coming to downtown Stamford after a recent merger with A & B Realty, according to Higgins Group managing partner Jason Kinard.
The 4,000-square-foot office at 27 Strawberry Hill Ave. will boast hardwood floors, new computers, a Wi-Fi hotspot and lots of parking.
Kinard said in a press release he was pleased with the announcement of the merger with Bud, Anne and Chris Farris and Carolyn Hiller at A & B Realty.
"We are so blessed to have leaders like the Farris family, who have developed such a cohesive team of experienced Realtors," said Kinard, a 12-year veteran of Fairfield County real estate and winner of Fairfield Countys "40 under 40" Award. "Together, we now have over 90 of the best agents anywhere in Fairfield County." Higgins Group opened three new offices in the past six years and Kinard attributes that success to sales manager Marilynn Loglisci, project manager Scott Androvic and founder Rick Higgins. Existing offices serve Danbury, Fairfield Center, Greenwich, Norwalk, Westport and Wilton.
"Our new offices are designed to foster an atmosphere of pride and creativity, where realtors thrive and clients love to come for a meeting," Kinard said.
