Apartments Completed In 15-Story High-Rise At 66 Summer St. In Stamford

STAMFORD, Conn. – Boston-based real estate development firm Trinity Financial announced it is now leasing new apartments at 66 Summer St. in downtown Stamford near Columbus Park and Restaurant Row.

With a mix of 112 one bedrooms, 12 one bedrooms with dens, 68 two bedrooms, 12 studios and five two-level townhomes, the high-rise boasts concrete and steel construction and exceptional amenities, according to a press release.

The 15-story development offers park, city and water views with spacious layouts, according to a press release.

Trinity Financial’s announcement marks the completion of a phase of the city's Park Square West redevelopment initiative.

“We are thrilled to have completed 66 Summer Street and think this represents a new, exciting chapter in the story of Stamford’s downtown redevelopment,” Patrick Lee, executive vice president of Trinity Financial, said in a press release.
