Fox Wins Stamford's 146th District

STAMFORD, Conn. — Democratic incumbent Gerald Fox III won re-election to the Connecticut House of Representatives 146th District, which covers Stamford, defeating Republican Eva Maldonado, 4,642 to 1,977, on Tuesday.

Fox, a lawyer in Stamford, will be going into his fifth term representing the district. He is the chairman of the Judiciary Committee and sits on the Transportation, Government Administration and Elections committees in the House.

Maldonado is a Stamford police officer and is an active member in the Republican Town Committee in the city. She is also the founder and past president of the Greater Stamford Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and serves on the boards of many other community organizations.
