STAMFORD, Conn. -- Two Springdale 16-year-olds are facing burglary charges after police connected them through video surveillance to a Wednesday burglary at a home on Mead Street in Stamford, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Stamford police are also looking at whether they had any involvement in other recent burglaries in the area, the Advocate said. In Wednesday's incident, the resident reported that two people were seen in a videotape entering the house with a ladder, the Stamford Advocate says.
A BB-gun rifle and sneakers were taken from the Mead Street house, the Advocate said. Both teens were charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary and conspiracy, the Stamford Advocate reports.
