Two Stamford Men Arrested For Convenience-Store Robbery

STAMFORD, CONN. -- Two Stamford men are facing robbery, conspiracy and firearm charges after police said they committed a series of cigarette robberies, the Stamford Advocate reported.

Police made the connection after the most recent robbery Friday night of a convenience store on Hope Street, along with a robbery last week of a Chinese food delivery driver, the Stamford Advocate said.

Thomas Bartlett, 20, of Rugby Street, and Paul Cordova-Perez, of Remington Street, have been charged with robbery, conspiracy and unlawful use of a facsimile firearm in the most recent robbery, the Stamford Advocate said.
