Kenny Castillo, 21, of Hillandale Avenue, and Tyriq Lewis, 19, of Finney Lane, were each charged with two counts of third-degree burglary. Castillo's bond was set at $30,000 while bond was set at $5,000 for Lewis.

Police released video last week of the two men entering the garage located at 200 Broad St. after opening a gated door. As they enter, both look directly into the video camera, making no attempt to avert the camera's unblinking eye, police said.

Since releasing the video Saturday, police received numerous tips from the public. Officers got a search warrant for Castillo's residence and arrested him on Tuesday, police said. Officers discovered numerous items stolen from the vehicles in addition to the clothes worn by Castillo in the video as well as the backpack he carried, police said.

Lewis then turned himself in to police a short time later, police said.

Police say the two men arrested may be facing additional charges after the searches of the suspects’ homes led to the discovery of proceeds of more burglaries in the area.
