Evidence suggests two shooters fired through the hedges from the backyard at 31-33 Plymouth Street and struck the victims, who were all in the rear of 19 Plymouth Street, police said. Officers were called to reports of shots fired shortly before 1:30 a.m.
Ten victims were treated at Bridgeport Hospital and three went to St. Vincent’s Medical Center, transported by both private car and ambulance.
Eleven sustained non-life threatening wounds to their lower extremities, police said. One male sustained a gunshot wound to the face that is non-life threatening and a woman is in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the face, police said.
Eleven of the victims are male, police said.
