Surveillance Video Shows Burglar Entering Stamford Home

STAMFORD, Conn. — A home surveillance video camera system captured video of a woman breaking into a home on Culloden Road in Stamford, police said.

The resident reported the incident Monday evening and said cash and jewelry were missing from the home, Lt. Diedrich Hohn said. Entrance was gained by jimmying open a glass sliding door, the lieutenant said.

The video equipment at the home captured a view of the suspect and the car she left in.The time stamp on the video has the suspect breaking in at about noon.
