STAMFORD, Conn. -- A Stamford woman accused of taking a baseball bat to another woman's door before attacking her and leaving a dozen bite marks on her body has been charged with assault, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Shyieca Bacchas attacked the 32-year-old woman during a disagreement stemming from hair extensions the woman had sold her, according to the Advocate.
Police told the Advocate that after pounding on the woman's door with the bat and then biting her multiple times Saturday evening, Bacchas choked her and "ripped a large clump of hair out of her head."
Bacchas, 32, was charged with second-degree assault, breach of peace, carrying a dangerous weapon, risk of injury to a child, strangulation and disorderly conduct, according to the Advocate.
