STAMFORD, Conn. -- Forget drippy ice cream cones, it was more like ice cream on fire as a soft serve ice cream truck caught fire on Sunday, June 26 on Washington Boulevard in Stamford, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Stamford Fire Department quickly extinguished a soft serve ice cream truck fire, but they couldn't save the ice cream from melting.
Photo Credit: stamfordfire.comThe truck, which was near Mill River Park when smoke began coming from under the dashboard, was a complete loss and all of the ice cream melted, said the Connecticut Post.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire quickly and no one was hurt, added the Connecticut Post.
