Police posted a YouTube video that they said shows the suspect wandering around a store.

The victim told police that someone had cloned his credit card and had used it to make purchases at a Foot Locker in Milford, Conn.

The video shows a suspect described by police as a Hispanic man in his late 30s with “manicured eyebrows.”

They also said that, based on his accent, the man may be Dominican.

The suspect is shown on the video wearing a black leather jacket, a dark knit cap with some kind of logo on its front, jeans and sneakers.

Anyone with any information regarding the suspect is asked to call Mike Stampien, an investigator with the Stamford Police Department’s financial crimes unit, at 203-977-4407.

The public can also, police said, leave tips in the department’s “inbox” on its Facebook page.
