Lt. Diedrich Hohn said the man reported he was attacked and robbed by "a skinny black male" at about 3 a.m. in the area of Atlantic Street and Lipton Place. The man was hit in the back of the head and robbed of the $200 he had on him, Hohn said.

He reported the incident but "later became uncooperative," Hohn said, and went to the hospital.

Hohn said the detective bureau will be following up on the case.
