STAMFORD, Conn. -- Stamford police said they charged a construction worker with attempted sexual assault Friday, Feb. 28, after he attempted to attack his employer's teenage daughter, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Alberto Garrido, 29, of Plainfield, N.J., was spending the night at his employer's home in Stamford when he got into bed with his boss' 14-year-old daughter and began making sexual advances, police told the Stamford Advocate.
After the victim fled and told her parents, Garrido left the home, the story said. He was picked up by police while walking down the street and was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and attempted second-degree sexual assault, according to the Stamford Advocate.
