Pacific St in Stamford, was charged Monday with two counts of third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and one count of fourth-degree larceny. He was arrested Monday during an appearance in court on other charges from last year.

Police said the most recent charges involve the theft of power tools from an office building at 460 Summer St.

The thief also stole a cart - probably to spirit the tools away. The total amount of the reported theft is $2,100.
