Stamford Man Charged With Vehicular Manslaughter In 2014 Halloween Crash

STAMFORD, Conn. – Police charged a 27-year-old Stamford man with vehicular in a drunken-driving collision in the early morning after Halloween 2014, according to the Stamford Advocate.

At 2:30 a.m. Nov. 1, 2014, Jose Sierra-Velasquez hit several people standing on the on-ramp of Exit 7 of I-95 in Stamford after an earlier collision, police told the Advocate. The second collision killed one person and injured five others, the Stamford Advocate reported.
